In cities with a Chinatown, weekend mornings bring dim sum carts or order sheets, and lines form early at the most popular spots in Secaucus; walk-ins are standard and reservations are uncommon outside large banquet restaurants. Regional labels matter: Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese kitchens cook very differently, so a restaurant's stated region is a better guide to the food than the word "Chinese" alone. Some smaller restaurants in New Jersey are BYOB with no corkage fee; call ahead to confirm. A tip of 15-20% is customary for table service but not expected at counter-order takeout. Spice level, MSG and allergen questions are normal to ask before ordering, and most kitchens are happy to leave an ingredient out or tone down the heat if you mention it when ordering rather than after the food arrives.

I was here with my coworker a couple of weeks ago. I got here very early in the afternoon so the place was empty. It was my first time here despite living in Secaucus. The server whom I forgot his name was very helpful although a bit rude and condescending mid way through our stay. It might be because of my coworker who was asking some questions about the food and what to do next since she never been to a place like this before the server was giving slight sarcastic remarks. I decided to just order whatever just so the food can come and we can eat and leave. The food itself was good. The price, very expensive. I wanted a single serving since I knew it would be a lot of food and my coworker and I wouldnβt be able to finish 2 servings and the server agreed on the 1 serving I requested. After many dishes came, the food that we were gonna cook ourselves, it was a lot to process at that moment. The food just kept coming. Once the bill came we saw we were charged for 2 servings even when I asked for 1. No wonder they gave us a ton of plates at the beginning I was wondering why so many plates for a single serving. I guess this place doesnβt want you to take advantage having 2 thin peop

π Taylorβs Tayke: This spot is a great option if youβre looking for a hands-on, interactive dining experience. The Korean BBQ and hotpot combo gives you the best of both worlds, and the all-you-can-eat format makes it easy to really explore the menu. Itβs very user-friendly, especially with the ability to control and heat your own soup right at the table, which adds to the experience. π My Tipsy Tayke: N/A, this is all about the food experience. π My Taysty Tayke: Get Down & Dirty, Expeditiously: Spicy Beef Bulgogi Superb. Packed with flavor and one of the best meats on the table. Standouts: Pastor Chicken, Lamb Both were well seasoned and cooked up nicely on the grill. The grill cooks fast, so you definitely have to stay on top of it, but thatβs part of the fun. For hotpot, I went with Thai Tom Yum and Bok Choy, which paired well and brought a nice balance of flavor. The Sweet Potato Noodles were a vibe, not overly sweet and added a good texture to the meal. π Bonus: Complimentary ice cream to finish the meal, smooth, refreshing, and a great way to end everything. π Service: Helpful and accommodating, especially for guiding you through the process if itβs your first time. π

My friend and I stopped in for lunch and parked in the plaza lot. I walked in and was greeted. We were served by Alex and he was great! We ordered both Hot Pot and BBQ. We had: DragonTale Spinach/Corn/Potatoes Ribeye/Chicken/Crab Meat/Mussels/Shrimp Ramen Pastor Chicken BBQ Spicy Chicken BBQ Spicy Salmon BBQ Garlic Shrimp The food was delicious and I loved the Tom Yum Ramen! All in all I had a great experience!
